I have recently relocated. My office will no longer be at the Farmington Road location between 6 & 7 mile.

The new office is conveniently located on the North side of Merriman close to the I-96 Merriman Exit.

The new address for the office is 31580 Schoolcraft Road, Livonia, MI 48150.

The medical complex is on the North side of I-96 and is called Willow Wood Professional Village.

Enter at the 3rd driveway west of Merriman on the I-96 service drive, also known as Schoolcraft Road.

The new office will be on the right side in the middle of the professional complex. There is ample parking.

Please look for the office sign “TLC Holistic Wellness” with my name below the sign to identify the office location.

The office phone number will remain the same. Please call 734-664-0339 if you have any questions or concerns.

The office hours will also remain the same. We will be open Monday through Thursday, with regular hours as usual.
