After October 2009
1. Lost 24 lbs in 6 months
2. Blood Pressure (still no meds) 120/72
- Followed diet that Dr Fischer had given me.
- Replaced refined carbohydrates with vegetables.
- Took a couple of weeks for blood pressure to come down.
- Stopped drinking coffee, switched to tea then to tap water.
3. Cholesterol 186 six months later
4. No more flatulence
5. High energy now!
- Haven’t left tired or needed a nap or a “pick me up” in a very long time.
- Gone from 6:30 am till 10:00 pm with no problem
- Have gone back to school
6. No more sugar highs or lows can stay focused even when I’m hungry.
7. Dr. Fischer had given me a range of motion in my neck and back. Shoulders are also more square.
